YOUTH COMPETENCES, ERASMUS+ YOUTH EXCHANGE PROJECT

 YOUTH COMPETENCES was an international youth exchange project that took place in Samobor, Croatia between August 4th-11th.. The project was focused on developing key competences through non-formal education, with an emphasis on fostering creativity, invention, and entrepreneurship to achieve greater success in the labor market. The project aimed to support the personal and professional development of young people by helping them develop teamwork, initiative, leadership, communication, social, and motivational skills within an international working environment. The ultimate goal was to contribute to the creation of more educated, professional, outgoing, open-minded, critical, and socially aware youth who understand the importance of democracy, social rights, and interpersonal skills.
