YEKGD is a distinguished professional association that follows principles of cooperation, integration, environmental protection, solidarity, humanity, and universal human values. Our main objective is to provide a platform for members of our community to share, create, and develop innovative ideas and positions on significant issues. We are committed to promoting social and cultural activities in rural areas, such as art, sports, and culture, to encourage community engagement and a sense of belonging.

Our focus is also on effectively implementing and participating in European projects, particularly those that bridge the gap between youth and seniors in Europe. By promoting the participation of youth and adults in such projects, we aim to enhance civic engagement, facilitate lifelong learning, and improve educational and employment opportunities. Additionally, we actively support the EU Youth Goals and European strategies while promoting intercultural dialogue to build a more inclusive society.

At our core, we strongly believe in bringing people together to create awareness of humanitarian issues such as human rights, diversity, tolerance.We are dedicated to equipping young people with crucial competencies such as digital skills, personal development, critical thinking, and media literacy, and providing individualized support for constructing, realizing, and enhancing mobility projects. Our efforts also include implementing local projects aimed at engaging young people in political, social, and other aspects of society, and fostering active citizenship for a brighter future.

Our target audience primarily consists of young people guided by "Local Missions" and neighborhood associations who struggle with various forms of inclusion issues, including educational, social, economic, and geographical factors. Our goal is to raise awareness among actors in the field of integration and youth towards European and international mobility for all and support them in creating mobility projects. We are confident that by promoting the creative spirit, we can boost youth and adult participation in local communities and society at large, especially for those who face fewer opportunities. Our motivation is to inspire our community to utilize their time productively and support bottom-up initiatives to improve social work and facilitate the integration of young and adult people into society, especially those residing in priority zones.
