ROAD TO SUCCESS, ERASMUS+ YOUTH MOBILITY PROJECT

"Road to Success" is a Youth Exchange project coordinated by Erasmus Network Belgium. The project focuses on developing teamwork and leadership skills in young people and youth workers. The participants will have the opportunity to learn about different types of decision-making, which will enhance their sense of entrepreneurship and improve their employability. The project will bring together 42 young people from Belgium, Hungary, Slovakia, Estonia, Turkey, Croatia, and Portugal in 2022.

The project aims to promote the personal and professional development of young people by helping them develop teamwork, initiative, leadership, communication, social, and motivational skills in an international working environment. It also aims to contribute to the creation of a more educated, professional, outgoing, open-minded, critical, and socially aware youth that understands the importance of democracy, social rights, and interpersonal skills.
